What is Sublimation Printing?

Sublimation printing is a technique of printing onto syntactic material using high temperature heat, pressure and timing to turn dye sublimation ink into gas and transfer it onto a syntactic material such as Polyester and Nylon based fabric.

What is Dye Sublimation Ink?

Dye Sublimation Ink is a specially made CMYK ink that will turn into gas when a high temperature (350 degrees) is applied, and is transferable to a syntactic material.

What is Digital Sublimation?

Digital Sublimation has the same quality as regular sublimation printing. When using digital sublimation, there are no screens or drums required to print the design. Digital Sublimation machines work the same way as a regular home CMYK color printers. Digital Sublimation is faster but more expensive than traditional sublimation printing (production printing).

How long will it take to receive my printed fabric?

Generally orders are processed and shipped within 6 to 8 business days.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, our minimum order is 5 yards.

What image formats do you accept?

Uploaded images must be a TIF file, and can be as large as 1GB. We highly recommend that your image resolution is between 150 DPI and 300 DPI.
